The cattle feed determines the quality of the meat. The cattle feed produced in our fields in Hokkaido allows for maximum flavor and tastiness. It has the characteristic that is the marbled beef with low melting temperature melts in your mouth.
Furano Wagyu Beef Standard
Furano Wagyu is a brand Japanese beef produced only by Taniguchi farm. JMGA (Japanese Meat Grading Association) grades beef based on beef marbling, color and brightness, firmness and texture, and color, luster and quality of fat. Under this standard, our Black Wagyu Beef is regarded as grade 3 high-quality beef.
Aquiring trademark of 6 countries, Japan, Thailand, Macau, Vietnam, Hong Kong and Taiwan, and the EU. Furano Wagyu is popular, both locally in Japan as well as overseas, and we ensure the quality of our beef is constant everywhere.
